The FFA is the Agriculture Education organization where students receive the training needed for career development, personal growth, and premier leadership through quality agriculture education, supervised agriculture experience and FFA involvement.  The FFA is the largest vocational student organization in the country.  The Newton FFA chapter holds a rich tradition of excellence dating back to the original National charter in 1929.  The chapter continues to focus on public speaking, environmental concerns and horticulture industry initiatives.  All students enrolled in agriculture education classes are encouraged to become active members.

Our FFA Chapter has brought home many awards from competitions at both the State and National levels.  Their many projects and accomplishments are far too numerous to list here, but the results of their hard work is often visible around various parts of the school district.
