If your child experiences an accident at school or during a school activity, there is a process we follow. You will receive a packet with instructions on how to file a claim for any out-of-pocket expenses. If your child has health insurance, please ensure they receive care from an in-network provider first, as only out-of-pocket expenses will be reviewed for reimbursement.

 If your child receives medical attention, please remember to obtain a note specifying any gym or sports restrictions. This note should be submitted to both myself, Mrs. Zayas, the school nurse, and Mr. Karns only if it is a sports-related injury. Contact details are provided below.
