Throwing Mechanics
Key Points from video
1. Grip- thumb under the ball/looking for 12 to 6 rotation on the ball/ don't have the ball squeezed in your palm
2. Arm circle- elbow parallel with ground and your ball should be facing the opposite direction. How big your arm circle is depends on the position you play.
3. Glove side arm-Point your glove or elbow at the target
4. Lower body- 45-degree angle on your plant foot/knees inside feet/bend at the waist
5. Follow through- this is important to reduce injury/follow-through should go to your otherside of the body
