    Ray Allen is a NBA Champion and one of the best 3 point shooters ever to play in the NBA. He was a perennial All Star as well. When you are older what would you tell your younger self?

Princeton University's Improvement Workout Plan

1. Skip the full court and use in and out dribble righty up the court and lefty back. Do this 3 times.

2. Skip the full court and use crossover dribble righty up the court and lefty back. Do this 3 times.

3. One handed shooting. Make 5 in a row challenge. from 2 feet, 5 feet, 10 feet, 15 feet and 1 from the top of the key. When you get good at it then swish your shot and step back. Any time that you miss you have to start over. Finish your shot with you elbow above your ear and your hand in the cookie jar. Shoot over the middle net holder.

4. 3 sets of 10 made Mikans.

5. 3 sets of 10 made reverse Mikans.

6. Wing and baseline shooting 10 makes each spot under 2:00. Start on the baseline and sprint to the wing catch and shoot. Sprint to the baseline catch and shoot. Do this from both sides of the key. You need a rebounder for this drill.

7. Dribble moves from both wings and top. From the wing drive (1-2) dribbles crossover and shoot a layup. Vary your finishes. Straight, off of glass, reverse, floater, wrong foot.
