The Sparta Community Food Pantry will once again be hosting a sign-up for any families interested in receiving a FREE holiday meal (that you will need to cook at home). The holiday meal kit will include items such as stuffing, boxed potatoes, applesauce, cranberry sauce, hot chocolate, canned vegetables, canned fruit, apple or cranberry juice, fresh bakery items, and a choice of turkey, chicken, or lasagna. Pick up will be scheduled for Thursday, December 18th @ Halsted Middle School between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. Sign up's will close on November 20th. We will send out a reminder email as we approach this date. Thank you Sparta Community Food Pantry for your dedication to helping support the Newton community!
