ARTS FEST is Monday, June 2 from 5-7pm here at Halsted! We are inviting the entire HMS community to see the student art show, participate in free art activities, hear live music, enjoy free snacks, watch poetry readings and more! As we head into the long weekend, let's take time to remember: This Memorial Day weekend, Halsted encourages our students, families, and community to reflect on the true meaning of the holiday. Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
While we enjoy time with loved ones, let's also pause to show gratitude for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

On Friday, the members of our Halsted Junior FBLA were inducted into the Newton FBLA Chapter at NHS! Many of our Halsted FBLA members will be visiting Anaheim, California for Nationals over the Summer!
