Annual physical exams are a key part of preventive medicine, helping to identify and address potential health issues before they become serious. By visiting your doctor for a physical each year, you can monitor your health and catch any early warning signs. We welcome copies of your annual physical records for our reference. Additionally, we conduct annual grade screenings and will notify you when these screenings begin.

The State of New Jersey requires certain vaccinations for students attending school. If your family objects to these vaccinations for religious reasons, please provide a signed letter stating your objection. Please note that if your child receives any of the specified vaccines after the letter is submitted, the exemption will no longer be valid. If you have any questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact us for further discussion.
